Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pulse, provided by Intrasys ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Pulse, you agree to them.

Accounts

You sign in through our authentication provider (WorkOS), and we require multi-factor authentication on every account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure, and for all activity under your account.

Plans, billing & trials

• Free — up to 5 members, no card required.
• Team and Business — paid per-seat plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Business includes a 14-day trial, no card required.
• Enterprise — custom contract and invoicing, agreed separately.

All payments are processed by Stripe; Pulse never stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pulse to store unlawful content, attempt to bypass security controls, or share access to paid seats beyond your organization's licensed members. Public share links are intended for sharing read-only status views — don't use them to publish content you don't have the right to share.

Service availability

We work to keep Pulse available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

Pulse is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Intrasys isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deleted organizations enter a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
